The Third Generation of Berry's assumed responsibility of President and Owner in 1991. Holly Berry Cosentino, Bob's fourth of five children began her Real Estate career in the Relocation Industry in 1979. Her background encompasses a thorough scope of all branches of the Real Estate Industry. From the core financial aspect of the Secondary Mortgage Market - trading and selling of Residential Mortgage Loans, to the Marketing & Contract Negotiations of approximately 3,700 properties and over 125 Million Dollars in Residential Real Estate for both Merrill Lynch Relocation Management & Coldwell Banker Relocation.
She served as Director of Relocation for Merrill Lynch Realty Atlanta for over four years and then, in 1978 she created the Relocation Mortgage Division for HomeBanc Mortgage Company. She went on to become the Founder & President of Corporate Link, Inc. - a Real Estate Company specialized in Corporate Owned Properties. In addition to her current real estate roles, Holly is also in the process of raising what may one day be known as The Fourth Generation of Berry Realty Company! |
