Sondra brings her love for life and passionate spirit to every experience presented to her. She has a curious nature and wants to know how things work and why they work the way they do. When it comes to people she is always interested in how they feel and what she can do to assist them in improving the quality of their lives. This interest sparked a mid-life desire to go back to college so she could become a therapist. After 14 years of facillitating change and growth in her private practice, Sondra is ready to bring her talents to the real estate industry.

Sondra moved with her family to Atlanta in 1966, although a reluctant transplant she now proudly calls Atlanta home. In 1970, Sondra accepted an opportunity to go into business with her parents in the original Underground Atlanta. Of course she jumped at the chance to work with her parents, but first she found a job that would give her bookkeeping experience and front office exposure, never one to be unprepared. The business grew and in time Sondra opened another location in The Village in Gatlinburg, Tenn. After eight years in the Great Smokies Mountains it was time to come home. All her years in retail sales gave Sondra the experience needed to find a position as the Sales Manager for a national diamond retailer. She initiated a multi level training program and was responsible for creating the sales training manual for the company. Her leadership and mentoring skills helped her create a successful sales force. These very skills have proven invaluable to Sondra's real estate career and the clients she serves.

Throughout her adult life, Sondra has had a savvy eye for real estate, not only as a personal homeowner, but as an investor too. Sondra's property investments have ranged from the trendy Midtown to the desirable Druid Hills. Sondra's investments taught her personally when and how to renovate and when To and Not To sell homes. Her most recent "Re-Dos" or "Flips" (as it may be termed) were in Decatur and Eastlake.

Sondra is a long time resident of Sagamore Hills Subdivision. She is a member and supporter of Sagamore Hills Civic Association. Sondra lives in the home her parents bought back in 1966 which was, at the time, listed with Berry Realty Company.
