In a recent meeting, a client asked us to play into our sweet spot, something that we have been doing for the last several decades and is what makes us stand out. For them, the process included: finding a home that would produce a long-term investment, renovating the home in order to increase future potential revenues, and then to manage the property. We pledged to giving our client ease of mind and the best possible recommendations, according to their specifications. For us, this is what makes our company unique and in reality, relevant to our clientele who are guaranteed the package of all divisions while only dealing with one representative at a time. Most exciting for us was the fact that this referral came through a recent renovation job that was done on their street. It thrills us when people are able to see our work and are interested in what we have to offer them. The best kind of work is that which speaks for itself.
